As I told you before that this course about the NEC code will not be an academic explanation line by line to the code as other books & courses do but it will be a summary for practical usage of NEC code rules which ensure that the works installed by you are completely comply with that rules.
In previous topics for article 90, I forced to write a lot of paragraphs because this article is the guide for using the NEC Code and without that Guide you will lose your way in NEC world.
Now let us go through article 100 as follows:
Article 100: definitions
Objective of article 100 is to explain list of definitions arranged alphabetically that are key to proper application of NEC Code.
First term definition : Accessibility
you can know the defintion of the term "Accessibility" from the following figures:
fig (1) : Not Accessible Wring methods
fig (2) : Accessible wiring methods
fig (3) : Accessible equipment
fig (4) : Accessible equipment but not readily accessible
fig (5) : Accessible equipment but not readily accessible and have a special allowance by another code rule to be treated as readily accessible.
please, compare between figures (3), (4) & (5) and write what you found in comments to inform me if you discover meaning of the term "Readily Accessible" or not?
